All fees for public Kinetic Health training courses as well as contact details for Kinetic offices are available on the Kinetic Health website at www.kinetichealth.com.au. All fees are subject to GST and other applicable taxes.
INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS In relation to all training courses where the fees are less than $1,000.00 all fees must be paid at least one (1) day prior to the commencement of the course.
Where the fees payable for the training course exceed $1,000.00:
(a) The sum of $1,000.00 must be paid at least one (1) day prior to the commencement of the course; and (b) Following the commencement of the course, any additional fees must be paid in advance, but only such that at any given time, the total amount required to be paid which is attributable to training services in the course yet to be delivered does not exceed $1,500.00.
Payment and Refunds:
A confirmation of registration and payment for all classroom-based training courses will be sent out to Clients automatically via email.
Where the Client has enrolled in a training course and payments have been made, these payments will be held and protected by Kinetic Health until commencement of the course.
Should the Client cancel their enrolment before course commences, Kinetic Health will provide a refund in accordance with the following table:
Cancellations must be made by contacting the Kinetic Health Safety &Training Department directly on the phone during normal office hours from 8am to 5pm on a week day, or via email. Classroom based Training Courses
If the Client commences participation in a Kinetic Health training course but does not complete the coursework including all assessment parts (i.e. by leaving the course venue before the course has ended) no refund will be made.
Should Kinetic Health cancel a training course due to insufficient registrations of course participants, illness of the trainer/assessor or for any other unforseen reasons, the Client will be provided with alternative training course dates or can choose to be refunded the full course fee.
Online training Courses:
No refunds will be paid where the Client commences the training course, unless the Client is unable to finish their coursework because of a situation that Kinetic Health is responsible for, such as a server failure or irreversible loss of data, in which case Kinetic Health will refund 100% of all fees paid by the Client.
Kinetic Health reserves the right to suspend a student’s access to a training course if their identity cannot be positively established. Fees will not be refunded where a client used a wrong identity. CORPORATE CLIENTS
Clients can enrol their employees and pay online anytime through a secure online merchant facility on the Kinetic Health website using a credit card, or choose to be invoiced at a later stage. All The invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Where a Client chooses to pay training course fees for enrolled employees prior to commencement of the training course, Kinetic Health will not accept payments above $1000 per person per training course. Any outstanding fees associated with a Kinetic Health training course must be paid after commencement of the training course, but only such that at any given time, the total amount required to be paid which is attributable to training services per person in the course yet to be delivered does not exceed $1,500.00.
Payments and refunds:
Where the Client has enrolled in a training course and payments have been made, these payments will be held and protected by Kinetic Health until commencement of the training course.
Where a client wishes to cancel any booked training course to be conducted by Kinetic Health at the client’s premises, Kinetic Heath will provide a refund of 100% of any fees paid only if the cancellation is notified to Kinetic Health two (2) or more business days before the scheduled date the training course is due to commence. Where notification of cancellation is provided less than two (2) business days prior to the scheduled commencement date of the training course, Kinetic Health reserves the right to charge a cancellation of fee of 100% of the total course fee.
In relation to any employee of a Client booked into public training courses to be held at Kinetic Health premises, should the employee or client cancel their enrolment before the training course commences, Kinetic Health will provide a refund only in accordance with the following table:
