Job Role Profiling highlights the inherent risks associated with job roles as well as the tasks within the job role.
Why do a Job Role Profile Kinetic’s team of Occupational Physicians, Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists will visit the work place to conduct Job Role Profiling. The job role profile commonly includes photographs of the worker performing their tasks which act as a helpful reference guide. Subsequently, this information is collated into a Job Role Dictionary which outlines specific functional requirements inherent in each job role and may include recommendations for improvements as noted by the health professional.
The company-specific fitness standard not only identifies the role specific medical assessments, but outlines the ongoing conditioning of employees required to ensure they remain fit to perform their role. Kinetic have a team of Exercise Physiologists who specialise in creation and delivery of onsite conditioning programs to ensure each employee complies with the requirements of prescribed health plans inherent with their employment.
The job role profile also provides critical information for our medical teams to ensure appropriate recommendation of alternative duties for injured workers.
