Injury Management

An integrated approach to injury management with specialist providers such as Occupational Physicians, Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists and a national network of allied health professionals. Injury management is core business for Kinetic Health.  All clinics provide well equipped trauma management facilities and a team of medical professionals.  The primary aim is to assist the employee’s recovery so they can return to pre-injury work duties as quickly as possible. Kinetic has a “no wait” policy for injury management and appointments are not required for acute assessment and diagnosis.  This “no wait” policy is supported by Registered Nurses who triage injuries as they present, and the in-house team of Physiotherapists who expedite the return to work process with a coordinated treatment plan. Doctor communication with the employer relating to alternative duties, and familiarity with the inherent requirements of the job role are integral components of Kinetic Health’s injury management service.  To this end, site visits are encouraged and the appointment of a Chief Medical Officer for your company may be recommended.
