While instant drug screening does not provide the same standard as a laboratory analysis as defined by the Australian Standards AS/NZS 4308:2008, if a non-negative result is obtained the drug screening test cup can be used to transport the specimen to a laboratory for confirmatory testing.

Laboratory Based Screening
Kinetic conducts Drug and Alcohol Screening in accordance with the Australia Standard, and the Kinetic Health Urine Drug Screening Collection Protocol.Collection of all samples are managed so as to ensure prompt analysis and priority return of results. Laboratories have the NATA accreditation for 4308:2008 and work closely with Kinetic Doctors to provide the Medical Review Officer services.
