Kinetic Health has been contracted to provide on-site medical and occupational health services for the Curtis Island APLNG workforce. We are currently seeking a physiotherapist to join our medical services team based on Curtis Island. This is a FIFO Position working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Reporting to the Project Manager and operating as a key member of the medical services team, the core duties of the Physiotherapist will be to provide physiotherapy treatment to injured and ill personnel referred to the on-site medical facility. The physiotherapist will also work closely with Injury Management Coordinators to develop appropriate alternative duty and return to work programs for injured personnel.

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Patient assessment, treatment and management of acute, sub-acute and chronic conditions
• Injury management and occupational rehabilitation
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and job task analysis
• Design and implement preventive injury initiatives
• Support return to work programs
• Build strategic relations with service providers
• Facilitate system and legislative compliance
